F3 Hampton Roads has transitioned attendance tracking to Pax Vault via the F3 Nation App in Slack. We made the transition on 1 January 2026 after a trial period, and all back data after 1 July 2025 is in Pax Vault. There are several advantages to using this app:

• You can Hard Commit (sign up) for your workouts ahead of time and your HC shows up as soon as the Preblast posts

• When you go (or come) down range and the other region uses Slack your attendance will be counted automatically

• FNGs start getting tracked for attendance as soon as they join the Slack

But F3 Hampton Roads has been around a lot longer than that! Below you’ll find some tables of the back data for the old timers. Simply take your statistic of interest (posts, Qs) and add the total to what is in Pax Vault for a current total!
