Like all the best things in life, the F3 Area Hall of Fame is simple, but not easy. There are two requirements:

1. Attend 50 beatdowns

2. Q at least one workout

When these are met, the PAXs name will be added to one of the LGS or KG logs and brought to the celebratory workout. Pictures and HoF dates are shown below:
