Hall of Fame
Like all the best things in life, the F3 Area Hall of Fame is simple, but not easy. There are two requirements:
Attend 50 beatdowns
Q at least one workout
When these are met, the PAXs name will be added to one of the LGS or KG logs and brought to the celebratory workout. Pictures and HoF dates are shown below:

The Cycle Hall of Fame
Prior to fall 2025, F3 Hampton Roads was a single region and had less than 30 AOs (though not by much!) The proximity of about 30 AOs and about 30 days in a month gave birth to The Cycle, a CSAUP with a single requirement: attend every AO in 30 days or less. Only a few are in this rarified list:
