Hall of Fame
Like all the best things in life, the F3 Area Hall of Fame is simple, but not easy. There are two requirements:
Attend 50 beatdowns
Q at least one workout
When these are met, the PAXs name will be added to one of the LGS or KG logs and brought to the celebratory workout. When the Regions split, the logistics of getting LGS or KG logs across the entire Area frequently enough to induct everyone into the Hall of Fame got to be too much. So the Hall of Fame is now tracked by each Region: Colonial still calls it the Hall of Fame and Coastal Virginia calls it the Captain’s Table. The Cycle Hall of Fame
Prior to fall 2025, F3 Hampton Roads was a single region and had less than 30 AOs (though not by much!) The proximity of about 30 AOs and about 30 days in a month gave birth to The Cycle, a CSAUP with a few simple requirements: attend every AO in 30 days or less, 7 posts in the first 7 days, late arrivals don’t count. Only a few are in this rarified list:
